长江日报融媒体8月4日讯（记者邓小龙 实习生顾蝶 汪晨）小学四年级的孩子拿出平板电脑，打开一款名为“作业帮”的中小学生在线搜题、学习软件，却找到一条“荤段子”与大人分享。8月4日上午，说起一天前和朋友家的孩子一起吃午饭时发生的事，武汉市民金文女士仍觉得哭笑不得。“回去后我也下载了这款软件，发现里面的成人内容还真不少。”她说，“未成年的学生成天交流这些内容，还有心思学习吗？”

百名用户留言讨论色情情节

8月4日，记者通过手机应用商店下载了这款软件，其中有一项“同学圈”功能，金女士所说的“荤段子”正是出自其中的“笑话来了”版块。

长江日报记者看到，关注“笑话来了”这一板块的用户数量达一百万，发帖内容主要是冷笑话、小测试、搞笑图片，其中不少涉及色情或性暗示的图文内容。用户资料显示，发帖人和跟帖人最大的上高三，最小的才小学二年级。

记者浏览发现，名叫“森屿”的用户在7月25日发布主题帖“乱按3个数字，看谁最好笑”，并配了一张图片，图片上有三组词，每组都标上了序号，第一组是“同桌”“老师”等人物，第二组是“在森林”“在大街”等地点，第三组则是“被抢劫”“谈恋爱”等10个事件，其中不乏“搞基”“被强奸”“被壁咚”等字眼。用户资料显示，“森屿”是杭州某小学五年级女生。该帖收到了近400条回复，回帖人资料大部分显示为小学生。

另一位名叫“小迪”的用户将《暴走漫画》拍照上传，称“每盖10楼就更新一张”。“小迪”的注册资料为女生，是西双版纳某小学二年级学生。已上传的10多张图片中，大多包含性暗示、夫妻生活等内容。该帖7月27日发布，目前已收到近200条回复，其中包括“小迪”陆续上传的图片，不少人回复“帮盖楼”等催促发帖人更新内容。

还有一位注册信息为高中生的用户，在一则“讲故事”的主题帖中发布大量色情文字，并针对文中主人公被凌辱的不堪经历设置了投票。截至目前，有69人参与了投票，还有近百位用户留言讨论“故事情节”，其中最小的才小学四年级。

自称有1.75亿中小学生用户

公开资料显示，“作业帮”项目由百度孵化，2015年9月正式独立运营。手机应用商店下载页面信息显示，作业帮分类为“教育”，使用评级为“限4岁以上”。“内容提要”中称，该软件是“全国1.75亿学生都在用的考试学习提分好帮手”。据媒体报道，在权威数据研究机构发布的今年2月“APPTOP1000排行榜”上，“作业帮”总排名81位，在入围的24个教育类APP中排名第一，月活跃人数达3600多万人。

记者注意到，其中的“同学圈”，功能类似论坛，共分为70多个版块，除了中高考、小升初等讨论区，更多的是明星粉丝圈、晒图晒照、游戏讨论等版块，其中关注量最高的板块达200多万用户。记者实际操作发现，各版块并未针对用户年龄进行区分和限制，注册用户均可发帖、回帖、点赞。

作为一款学习辅助软件，记者通过“超级云课堂”微信粉丝群采访了近百位小学生家长，知道“作业帮”这款软件的占八成。其中，超过一半家长表示孩子正在用或用过该软件，由于软件的使用者是孩子，家长并不知道软件中有类似论坛的功能，更不知道其中还有那些不健康的东西。

家住武昌的彭岚女士，女儿今年上三年级，经常使用“作业帮”。彭女士平时对女儿管教很严，没有单独配手机，也禁止使用微信、QQ等社交软件，对于软件中的不健康内容，她表示担忧：“合理使用学习软件，家长没理由禁止，可如果孩子因此接触到这些不良信息，我们也没办法控制。”

运营方称将加强监管机制

记者在“作业帮”上看到，“同学圈”各版块都在醒目位置发布了“圈规”，明确规定“发布色情淫秽帖、恐怖帖等行为，一经发现永久封号”，软件也设置了针对帖子的举报功能。然而不少受访家长对此并不“买账”。家住汉口的严玲女士说，看似严格的规定，实际上意义并不大，“家长不可能随时盯着，怎么能指望十来岁的孩子去举报不健康内容？”

针对众多家长的担忧，记者8月4日下午联系上“作业帮”运营方——小船出海教育科技（北京）有限公司，一名男性工作人员称，“同学圈”中的内容均是由注册用户发布，与软件平台本身无关。目前正值暑期，不少学生时间比较宽裕，活跃度也比上学期间有所上升。为了给中小学生营造健康的学习、交流环境，软件设置了用户举报、关键词屏蔽等机制，并安排了数十名管理人员，每天8:00—22:00对各版块的帖子内容进行筛查，一旦发现违规内容会立即处理。

该工作人员表示，目前正在研发相关家长管控功能，让家长通过手机软件监控孩子使用“作业帮”的用途，并可控制孩子登录“同学圈”的时间，研发过程预计将于月底完成。

而截至18:20记者发稿时，在“笑话来了”版块仍能看到刚刚更新的“电车痴汉”等不健康内容的主题帖。
